Michael G. Carr is Pastor of Holy Renaissance Ministries United Church of God Inc. "A Church with God Purpose", located New Jersey.  He is Founder of INITIALS ENTERTAINMENT & PRODUCTIONS & former VP C el Gospel Entertainment.  Pastor Carr furthered his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he studied Communications & Public Relations. As a firm believer in education, Pastor Carr also received a B.A. in Theology from James Christian College.  Pastor Carr is certified in Christian Education & General Bible Studies from Evangelical Bible Institute of Newark, New Jersey.  Pastor Carr serves also on numerous advisory boards and committee's both social & religious  He is also an advocate for social justice and a voice for the youth of our time - sending powerful messages through his productions that transcends race, ethnicity, and socio-economic backgrounds.

Bill a 37 years veteran at NBC Studios. He began his career as a producer/editor/engineer for NBC Radio & now currently the lead Editor/Producer for NBC News, working with a variety of shows including: Today Show, Nightly News, Dateline, Weekend Today, Megyn Kelly, and NBC Sports, Sunday Night Football, in particular. He has been nominated for 18 Emmy Awards, winning 5 Emmy Awards and the National Easter Seal Award.

Felicia Osborne is CEO of Bethel Counseling  Services.  Her ambulatory clinic brings services for individuals who are sick and suffering from drugs and alcohol abuse.  Licensed by the state Pastor Osborn is able to have a Suboxone treatment program to help individuals live a full life.

Brandon Rawls a graduate of Dominion College in Seattle Washington with a BAS in Christian Education/Pastoral Studies.  Brandon owner and operator of My Favorite Things is the lyrical writer of INITIALS musical scores and serves also as a vocal coach in the production.
